Terms of Service

Last updated: 11 August 2026 · Applies to monetri.uk and the Monetri platform
Draft — pending legal review. This is a working template covering the standard sections a B2B compliance software agreement needs. It has not been reviewed by qualified legal counsel — in particular the governing law, liability cap, and SLA sections should be finalised with counsel and cross-checked against your actual client contracts before this page is published.

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the monetri.uk website and, where a separate signed order form or master services agreement is in place, the Monetri AI compliance workforce platform (together, the "Service"), provided by Monetri Ltd. ("Monetri", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. Where a signed agreement between Monetri and a client conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls.

2. What the Service is

Monetri provides AI-assisted compliance tooling for regulated financial institutions, including the KYC Lifecycle Manager, Case Management, agentic AI investigation agents, Virtual AI MLRO functionality, and related advisory/consulting services described on this website. The Service is a business tool intended to support — not replace — the judgment of a licensed institution's own qualified compliance and legal personnel.

3. Eligibility

The Service is intended for regulated financial institutions, fintechs, and other businesses with a genuine AML/CFT compliance obligation. It is not a consumer product. By using the Service you confirm you are acting on behalf of, and are authorised to bind, the business entity engaging Monetri.

4. Accounts and access

Where the platform is provisioned for a client, that client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials, for all activity under its account, and for promptly notifying Monetri of any suspected unauthorised access.

5. Client data

Any customer, transaction, or case data a client uploads to the platform remains the client's data. Monetri processes it solely to provide the Service and as instructed under the applicable Data Processing Agreement — see our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.

6. Acceptable use

7. Fees

Fees for the platform and consulting services are set out in the applicable proposal, order form, or master services agreement — Monetri does not operate a fixed public price list, as noted on this website's Investment & ROI section. Fees are payable on the terms stated in that agreement.

8. Intellectual property

Monetri retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, AI models, documentation, and branding. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Monetri's intellectual property to any client or user; clients receive a licence to use the Service for the term of their agreement.

9. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information with the same degree of care it uses for its own confidential information, and not to disclose it except as permitted under the applicable client agreement or required by law.

10. Disclaimers

The Service assists with compliance workflows using AI-driven analysis, but does not constitute legal or regulatory advice, and does not guarantee any particular regulatory outcome. Final compliance decisions, sign-off, and regulatory filings remain the responsibility of the client's own licensed and qualified personnel (including its MLRO or equivalent).

11. Limitation of liability

[To be finalised with counsel: liability cap, exclusions for indirect/consequential loss, and any carve-outs for confidentiality or data protection breaches, consistent with the limitation of liability clause in Monetri's standard master services agreement.]

12. Term and termination

These website Terms apply for as long as you use monetri.uk. Platform access terminates in accordance with the term and termination provisions of the applicable client agreement.

13. Governing law

[Governing law and jurisdiction to be confirmed — commonly the law of the jurisdiction in which Monetri Ltd. is incorporated, or as agreed per client contract for cross-border engagements across the UK, EU, and Gulf.]

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
